Annawyn Laing E-RYT
Annawyn started her journey with yoga about 15 years ago. She started her first yoga training program in 2004, while obtaining other fitness certifications in 2006, 2009, 2011 and finally completed her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification at the Spirit of Yoga in 2012 and later completed her 200 Ayuryoga Certification at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico in 2015.
Yoga has given Annawyn a foundation to grow and heal herself as she changes and grows. She wishes to share it with you by relaxing, revitalizing and restoring your mind, body and soul in her classes by meshing elements of multiple styles of yoga (Hatha, Ayuryoga, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, etc.), breath intelligence, meditation and is accompanied with her passion for music and Ayurveda. On July 15, 2017, Annawyn became Reiki Level 1 Certified and Reiki Level 2 Certified March 24, 2018. She infuses Reiki and sound healing elements into her classes as well. Her goal is to help you find a yoga class that meets you right where you.
Nathan Laing / DJ Habitat
Nathan Laing is an Artist and Photographer that has been working in the Chester County area since 2000.
Nathan graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY with his BFA in Media Arts and works in the mediums of Photography, Painting and Mixed Media Collage.
Nathan aspires to capture the everyday moments that one might pass by...inspiring all to remain open to the beauty within the complexities of the world around us. This love and passion of art helped ignite Habitat Studios, where it opened its doors in 2005. Nathan curates at two local Chester County Restaurants (Station Taproom in Downingtown, PA and Cedar Hollow Inn Restaurant and Bar in Malvern, PA). Nathan also is a teacher at Painting With a Twist in Exton, PA. In addition to photography and art, Nathan tantalizes your heart with vibrations of music at any of your special events (weddings, private parties, special events).
Certified RYT/ Certified Grief Yoga ™️ instructor. Wanda decided to seek out yoga in hopes of a natural method to help with back pain. What she also found was a love of yoga and the community of those she practices with. She decided to learn more by enrolling in the 200 hour teacher certification program with The Center and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in May 2016. Wanda is also certified in Grief Yoga™️ following a personal tragic loss. Wanda enjoys teaching Gentle Yoga, and helping others by guiding Yoga for Life After Loss classes. Wanda is also available for private sessions for those who struggle with the loss of a loved one.
